We have for years been trying to avoid going to this type of format however every year the numbers of hotel rooms used by the event goes under reported. These hotel rooms help in securing comp rooms for the staff and also help the city and the tournament better calculate the econominic impact of this event on the city. The CVB of the city can then use the reports to help get better facilities and hotels for the future and help keep the cost of the hotels down as well as keeping the event costs down for all the teams and parents. 

Below the Hotel information will be posted a simple club hotel form. Each club will be required to submit a form before they will be allowed to play. If you are from the area and will not be using local  hotels, Put a check mark into the appropriate spot.
